Summary
I don't like bragging about my achievements cuz it's never been about achieving It's always been about just trying to get to the next week. I'm surviving out here just like everybody else but if I had to list even one achievement it would be that I've been in multiple kitchens over the years and each one I've managed to figure it out and not an easy job but it's one that's fulfilling. But that's as far as I'm going to go on achievement boasting means nothing action means everything

I was one of the buffet Cooks for Steve. Fried chicken helped with the fryer and got the chance to run grill a few times but was never formally trained with it. I also like at Big Ed's would help with the dishwasher cleaning stuff like that I had many duties here as well for a few years

Rendezvous
Well I applied to be a buffet cook at the rendezvous and worked there for most of the cleaning up process getting the building ready for the soft opening. But the vacation I was on or going on rather took me away from the end of the first week but when I returned I operated the fryer for the buffet as well as fried food alongside the grill cook and did the usual cleanup duties. But they shut down very quickly for reasons unknown to me

I find that I'm usually pretty adaptable when I learn something usually sticks I'm also pretty determined to learn I also tend to like to make sure things around me are running smoothly mostly in the sense that we're just getting stuff done on time so no one's falling behind and everybody gets to go home after a good day's work And I'm also a pretty chill person in general As for physical skills I can cook clean improvising on a dime if I need to stuff like that
