Since many people have allergies it is also important to make sure everything is clean and nothing gets cross contaminated.
Every day orders need to be placed so it is my responsibility to calculate how much of a certain product the store needs to last us to our next delivery.
Whenever we run out of a product that is not provided by our main distributors I have to be responsible for the company credit card to go to the store and purchase the correct product while also finding the items at a good price.
Along with this whenever the register is out of coins I go to the bank and exchange the cash for coins.
