I’m a strong believer that communication is the key to get all tasks done the right way and to keep everyone safe.
Along theses years I’ve learned that there is no room for assumptions in this industry that one mistake can result in a real bad injury or death.

I have fully completed the whole Overhead Trainee program by assisting to both first and second section of the trainee program as well as the hands on field portion with real life experience working on secondary and primary voltages, before joining BGE I already had climbing and Bucket operator experience since I worked 9 years for a BGE contractor company named Lewis Tree Services we were responsible for giving the power lines the respective clearance away from trees.
I wouldn’t like to leave the company but unfortunately they’re laying off a good portion of their employees and I would like to join you guys so I can continue my career as a lineman learning and sharpening my skills with the knowledge of your team I’m open and willing to learn as much as possible and contribute to this company with my dedication, passion and commitment towards safety.

My current job is Overhead Trainee
At BG&E I’ve worked here a little over a year now,
I’ve fully completed the Utility trainee training which consists in 2 sessions the whole training program is 18 months long with real world and hands on experience.
The only reason why I’m looking for another job is because BGE is laying off a portion of their employees and unfortunately I’m one of them I’m willing to learn and always like to ask for feedback that way I can keep growing in this industry. Easy to get along with and if you need references letter my peers and willing to share their personal experience working with me.
