Accomplishments

    Our most recent accomplishment that we have achieved here at the property is not having a plumbing contractor do any work for the last two and a half years by completing all repairs in-house. We have also lowered our HVAC vendor expenses by completing repairs in-house. During the four years I have been here, our maintenance team has consistently maintained a 4.8 to 5-star rating in customer satisfaction.
