• Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management. Supervising all regulatory compliance activities and helping to enforce quality assurance policies and best practice principals covering the safety and inspection.
• Ensure all work performed complies with project specifications, drawings, standards, and approved procedures.

• Maintain detailed weld maps and reject/repair statistics.
• Check DFT (dry film thickness) using calibrated gauges.
• Witness holiday testing and document any needed repairs.
• Ensure coating is approved prior to lowering-in.
• Review hydrotest packages, test procedures, and calibration certificates.
• Monitor test pressures, temperature logs, and hold times.
• Verify documentation accuracy and tests integrity for turnover packages.
• Track heat numbers, serial numbers, and mill certifications for:

o Pipe

o Valves

o Fittings

o Flanges

o Coating materials

• Ensure all materials match project specifications and are stored properly.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC logs, inspection reports, and daily activity records.
• Update weld maps, as-built drawings, and test records.
• Assist with turnover documentation for client acceptance.

• Operate a variety of light and heavy equipment involved in construction and maintenance projects such as rollers, front-end loaders, forklifts, dump trucks
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections, routine service, and minor repairs on equipment
• Install and repair building electrical systems
• Arrange wiring, fixtures, and conduct boxes in preparation for installation
• Assisted electricians in installing and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and fixture problems
• Obtain precision measurements such as volt and ohm readings
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Assist in budgeting new projects

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the facility smooth operations, plan repair work using blueprints and diagrams, ensured cleanliness and upkeep within Facility
• Isolate Tanks for confine space entry and clean tanks for inspectors
