• Leads analysis of business needs of key stakeholders across the organization
• Interacts with stakeholders to elicit and summarize overall requirements by translating business needs into tangible initiatives

• Prepare System Use Cases, develop UML and Use Case diagrams, and Workflow Diagrams using MS Visio
• Expert at conducting interviews with SMEs and Stakeholders to better understand client business processes, gather business requirements and translate business needs into data and process flows
• Proven experience working on complex projects gathering user requirements and converting them into system requirements
• Diligent at following Software development Life Cycle methodology utilizing standard templates and deliverable documents
• Hands-on experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ADO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working directly with customers to discuss their requirements and objectives
• Expert in developing methods, procedures, and quality objectives including metrics for assessing progress and utilizing established project standards, procedures, and quality objectives
• Expert in developing technical documentation like Functional Requirement Documents, Migration plans, etc
• Expert in developing Test Plans and Test Cases for testing
• Adept at process modeling using UML (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc.)
• Strong experience in managing all business communication, including weekly status reporting, product presentations, executive updates, and product marketing
• Adept at supporting the full life cycle for new projects (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance) and helping resolve production problems
• Excellent experience using various SDLC methodologies such as Agile, and Rational Unified Processes.
• Managed projects and served as the primary liaison between clients and multiple internal groups to clarify goals and meet standards and deadlines.
