In my time with the JW Marriott my position as a loss prevention officer has tested my knowledge of security and also hospitality in my time here working for the loss prevention team I have trained new Loss prevention officers, escorted VIP's through the hotel during times of needed extra security, dealt with vagrant calls, helped guest in times of need, Assisted other departments in troubled situations, keep professionalism, and calmness no matter the situation.

• In my time with Tri-Shield security I worked as a flex security officer I have done security work for several locations in the Austin area. Many properties containing residential, business, and construction sites. • My time at taco cabana I worked as a line cook, and a cashier while working with this company I grew the experience in costumer service and how to deal with stress situations. While with the company I gained the experience of the importance of team work and to resolve problems in the work place among co-workers. i learned to track inventory levels of supplies and restocked as necessary.
