Started Bartending while studying and became what I wanted to do.Over the years worked fast paced venues while acquiring a few ackalades along the way for drink creations and doing club promotions at South Beach in my down time.Loved the business but had a hard death in the family which made me return to Chile and a short stay turned to a few months.Worked at my aunt's restaurant meantime.When returned had a friend in the transportation business that wanted me to join him.So I did for a few years.Now I own a Crating Company and part of a Tattoo Studio.But still bartend because I love it and love the panthers.So here I am
•Attend to guest in a fast paced nightclub environment.
•Making drinks quickly and in a consistent manner to recipes.
•Building customer loyalty by recognition and drink knowledge in a crowded bar.
•Taking food orders
•Taking credit card and cash payment.
•Keeping bar clean and up to par by management standards
•Over the years had a few cocktail wins for creating recipes for different liquors.for example won a resort stay for creating a bonbon martini for Finlandia vodka and Campari put my drawn image in a business card in another contest.
•Had successful moving company with multiple trucks and employees for over 10 years.
•Now own a Crating Company with multiple trucks and employees for a few years.
•Part owner of a Tattoo Parlor.
•Have my home paid for in full.
