My experience in Production Control here at Tesla has given me much insight on process, inventory tracking, team building & working with 3rd parties. Over the course of my tenure here I have worked closely with MRB, IC , QI, Engineering and so many more departments. This time has given me the confidence & true knowledge I needed to oversee a shop or area here in Cyber GA. This journey has also thought me so much more about team building and true teamwork. I have worked with many individuals through many different areas. Leading by example and being a even better listener has allowed me to gain the trust and respect needed from my teammates. I take pride in what we build here at Tesla, teams included. My ability to deescalate situations while also actively listening and seeking to understand are all things I have been constantly working on to become the kind of candidate Cyber leadership is looking for.
