  • Responsible for leading stockroom team while working closely with fulfillment planners to prioritize work orders, track material shortages and meet daily commitments.
  • Responsible for generating daily pick list and reporting metrics at CDM while coordinating and delegating work to team members in stockroom based on priorities and manpower availability.

Accomplishments

  • Completed Oracle/R12 and Proficy training in 2014 when transitioning from AS400 and responsible for training all team members with new system.
  • Collaborated with Receiving Inspection team to include actual and accurate material shelf life on each receiver that requires it based on information provided by supplier C of C.
  • Implemented new kit identifiers for each work order picked in the stockroom which consists of a printed traveler and serial label to go with every kit when picked. This process was very cost effective and also reduced the chances of human error on kit identifiers.
  • Participated in various lean events/action workouts for various programs including 221, 396, 4B8, 4C3, 4T2 and 4Q5 with outstanding outcomes reducing the time it takes to pick work orders.
