Focus Area 1: Harnessing & Connectivity

• Precision Termination: Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate various wire gauges and cable types (Coax, Fiber, DC Power) for Small Cell and DAS nodes, ensuring zero-defect connectivity.
• Cable Routing and Management: Managed complex cable runs within tight chassis and server racks, utilizing lacing cord and zip ties to meet strict bend-radius and aesthetic standards.
• Signal Validation: Performed continuity testing and VSWR sweeps on completed cable assemblies to verify transmission quality before system activation.
• Schematic compliance: Followed detailed wiring diagrams to ensure point-to-point accuracy for power and data distribution units.

Focus Area 2: Mechanical Assembly

• System Integration: Mechanically assembled and mounted remote radio heads (RRH), antennas, and power supply units onto poles, rooftops, and racks.
• Torque & Hardware: Utilized torque wrenches to secure sensitive RF equipment to manufacturer specifications, applying witness marks to verify final assembly.
• Enclosure Assembly: Assembled weather-tight equipment enclosures, installing gaskets, glands, and pass-throughs to protect sensitive electronics from environmental hazards.
• Site Safety & FOD Control: Maintained organized workspaces in active construction and high-traffic zones, strictly adhering to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and tool control protocols.
