Throughout my time for this company I have moved through several departments Including - Quality Assurance, Testing, Shipping, Inventory, Assembly.

I gained a lot of experience in each field, I learned not only how to build computers from start to finish, but also how to install software onto them and provide quality for each customer, and package the systems to ship out in a mannerly time.

This Job Consists of -

• Installing necessary software programs to meet specific user needs and enhance workflow capabilities within departments.
• Installing and testing motherboards, processors, and graphics cards on desktops and laptops to meet customer satisfaction.
• Performing installation, maintenance and repair for internal computer hardware and various software applications.

Through my experience with this job I learned to manage my time and ensure the customers get the quality they paid for in a mannerly time. This Job consisted of -

• Managing inventory of tools and parts, ensuring availability for quick repairs and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborating with my team members to complete complex repairs quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
