I maintain the bar. Serve guests, run food, cash out tickets for Pennsylvania Skills , close and count the cash drawer.

• Responsibilities are opening and closing the bar, taking food orders from the tables in the dining room, cleaning, and stocking. Collecting money from servers, hosts, and banquets for the bank drop at the end of evening, and closing the restaurant, after making sure everything was completed and locked up.

• My responsibilities are divided between serving and bartending, which includes setting up for private parties, ringing up orders, making and delivering cocktails, and just in general making sure our guests are fully satisfied.

• Answering the phone, carefully listening to customers' needs and packing up orders. Taking orders at tables/bar top and running food and drinks quickly.
