• Developed innovative process to have tower crews perform Script load, Nea testing, and call testing. This has created efficiencies in the RMR market which is very large area. Allowing crews to build and complete sites on their schedule. This process prevents multiple groups on same site which can be several hours from home office.
• Work with construction team to assure cell sites built per build standards
• Interface with AT&T RAN design for any issues preventing builds
