• Oversees, sequences, and coordinates multiple trades in the field involved with mission critical projects at Dell. These projects are mainly MEP focused and include the construction / installation of:

- Hot Aisle Containments

- Power Distribution Units

- Static Transfer Switches

- Conduit / Sealtight, Branch Circuit Feeders / Conductors, Breakers

- Switchgear (15kV)

- Mechanical Air Flow Stations / Dampers / Return Air Grills

- Controls Integration for Mechanical & Electrical Equipment / BMS

- Framing / Drywall and Ceiling Grid & Tile Installation

• Collaborates with facilities management and fellow supervisors to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets.
• Prepares and submits reports on job progress and safety conditions to upper management. Writes Pre-Task Plans and Methods of Procedures for all work activities.
• Contributes to company growth through successful management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely project completion without compromising quality or safety standards.

• Applied concrete fabrication techniques to achieve desired project specifications, quality and code standards.
• Installed and tied rebar, reinforced steel, and expansion joints and edges for concrete culverts.

• Assisted in planning site layout and construction of wastewater lift stations / wet wells.
• Facilitated construction by establishing reference points, grades and elevations.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintained records for each project (RFI's, submittals, meeting minutes).

• Assembled all furniture and accessories and prepared merchandise for the sales floor by pricing or tagging.

• Handled explosive components with extreme caution and correctly set up devices for controlled explosions for quarrying and extraction of aggregates.
• Handled and transported explosives and their components to and from quarry sites per ATF laws and regulations.
