The Dazey Phase is a production, sales, and distribution company based in Syracuse, NY. The company focuses on inclusive and responsible storytelling from a unique perspective. TDP develops and packages projects related to this mission in the scripted & non-fiction spaces. Recent projects include: Heightened Scrutiny (Sundance 2025), Desire Lines (Sundance 2024), Egghead & Twinkie (Acquired by Tribeca), Euphoric (Frameline 2024), Where in the Hell. And, upcoming projects that have been announced include: The Hallowarrior, Blue Balls, and Written in the Stars. The company was founded in 2021 by siblings and Syracuse natives Jake Casey (And Just Like That…) and Eva Casey (Stronghold) with Danielle Benedict (Hell Is Empty) joining the following year as Head of Business Strategy & Operations.
