Accomplishments

While working at the VFW for the last 12 years, I worked as a volunteer and served Veterans and their their families with professionally prepared food at an affordable price.

While working for the La Paz County Detention Center, I prepared meals in accordance with federal guidelines along with preparing special diets, monitoring budgets, and ensuring federal health, safety, and nutritional regulations.

Prior to this last 18 years, I worked at number of restaurants in the Parker area since the mid 1990s, gaining a wide variety of management, organizational, and culinary skills.
