Eagle Scout Award (2012)
· I organized a service project with local members of the forest service to build a fence on a nearby mountainside to restrict further destruction to the landscape by unauthorized motor vehicles. Organizing this service project included coordinating and planning with forest service members, recruiting able individuals, and delegating tasks and assignments.
Missionary Service
· I served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine from March 2013 to March 2015. This opportunity included learning to speak fluent Russian and managing time while unsupervised. Additionally, I was able to serve as a leader to a small group of missionaries in several cities throughout the country.
