In 2019, purchased / renovated 3-unit apartment building and currently perform all maintenance / repairs as well.

• Accomplished while still helping to avoid a portion of inventory taxes in winter, incurring minimal heating charges from shipping companies and preparing for summer rush by early spring
• Rarely run out of or throw away, paying least amount of tax necessary, and rarely pay too much for freight, making us more competitive.

• Daily sales calls to customer's offices and jobsites, educating architectural/engineering firms on technical products to specify in their designs, diversity within the company in various divisions, performing extensive market research to grow new and existing products, marketing through trade shows, social media, open houses and various types of print.

All aspects of marina work. Engine repair, rebuilds, tune-ups, fiberglass hull reinforcement, annual boat dock construction, structural repairs on storage buildings, welding, heavy equipment operation, you name it, it's where I grew up working. I'm mechanically inclined to fix pretty much anything.
