Allowing me to understand the needs of my cliental to help lead them to what is best for both business and buyer. While working within and organization, this allows me to better understand the strengths and struggles of my coworkers and help lead us to a better work environment for the better of the company.

I research ideas and strategies to develop a solution that will help the situation grow and resolve any unnecessary issues. Keeping my eyes on the future helps to realize the current issues that may be holding me back and leads me to a resolution to become better everyday.
