My personal passions are my Faith, my family, Travel, Golf, Hunting, and being outdoors.
My professional passion is in the study, evolution and execution, of new (and traditional) sales techniques which center on a prospect-challenging and solution-minded approach. In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to learn from sales leaders of all types. The best leaders, never cease in their pursuit of knowledge and improvement. As a leader, this should be the expectation. My intent is to never ask someone to do something that I haven't or wouldn't do myself. I recently completed my MBA while maintaining a full-time producing sales role (2020). My long-standing focus, has to been to work my way into an executive position, overseeing and growing, a high performing sales team.
