Coordinating on time, safe, and cost effective pick up and delivery of freight by optimizing assets and drivers. Manage third party carriers to minimize costs and maximize customer service. Verify inbound capacity details to manage utilization and safety. Balance freight and equipment availability to meet customer requirements and operational efficiency. Coordinate equipment availability at customer sites and rail ramps. Act as a liaison between my internal team and our customers, the rail, and our service execution and safety teams.
