Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Installed molds into foundry machines file, saw, and buff.
  • Had to operate molds and equipment on a production basis.
  • Operated sandblast equipment, punch press, furnaces, sand core machines and deburring tools.
  • Handled molten aluminum safely without creating turbulence.
  • I also Reset/Programmed our Manufacturing robots such as the FANUC R-2000iC, And the FAUNC R-M-710iC Frequently!
  • Operated an AB PanelView Plus 1500 to Control the temp of 9 Modules and keep them all above 800 °F simultaneously.

Hcs Solar

Responsibilities:

  • Performed maintenance on Photovoltaic (PV) inverters, combiner boxes, solar panels and other components.
  • Replaced/Installed hardware, PV modules, Inverters, Monitoring equipment and any other components within the solar site.
  • Performed electrical testing using appropriate PPE and procedures.
  • Helped in all areas as directed by manager with minimal supervision.
  • Prepared reports, If needed to comply with deliverables in O&M contracts.

  • Became an Articulating Boom and Rough Terrain Scissor Lift Driver!
  • Learned How to install solar panels above ground.
  • Was taught how to QC by the QC site manager, Had to QC Over 1,200 Panels.

Responsibilities:

  • Interviewed residents in assigned areas, explaining the purpose of the Census, answering their questions, and recording their answers.
  • I Visited assigned neighborhoods and knocked on doors of households that have not yet participated in the Census
  • Collected household and demographic information in my local area, also documented and reported the results I gathered .
  • Verified household addresses ensuring that all maps and address lists are correct, And corrected any discrepancies I encountered in existing census data.
  • Maintained and summited records of hours worked, miles driven, and expenses incurred on the job.
  • I Attended team meetings and communicated with other Census takers via phone.

  • Learned a lot of electrician work such as Plug and Play, Inspecting and pulling wire
  • Gained strong supervisory skills by becoming a lead and instructing my electrician crew.

  • I Became a Skid Operator I picked up panels and dump trash with the skid.

Responsibilities:

  • Operated and maintained/repair tools and equipment associated with trade. 
  • Learned how to install various Kia parts like Horn, Battery, and Lights.
  • While working I painted materials/products on a production line, also Assembled and rework materials as needed.
  • Learned Precise skive and sealer shooting techniques!
  • Always Provided great and consistent quality between every vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently drive a pallet jack to complete a variety of task in the warehouse. 
  • I select cases and other containers of food and also non-foods products to fill customer orders from a multi-level rack warehouse storage system.
  • When working I Build a stable and well cubed pallet
  • I place Items on pallets and the completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack / forklift, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Now working in the warehouse and on the dock I now load/Unload freight into and out of company trucks.
  • I constantly lift 50 pounds and more carrying distances up to 15 feet; while bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
  • 12+ Hour Shift!

  • Played Snare/Bass drum in Central High Red Devil Regiment Band.
  • I have 6 total years of percussion involvement and 4 years of High School level percussion experience also can read college level sheet music.
  • Was awarded for numerous different solo ensemble awards while participating in band.
  • I’ve attended several state competitions and won multiple gold medals.
