Since joining Amazon in September 4, 2023 I have experience with the AFE Pack department, AFE sort department, and Outbound Problem-Solve. I am able to maintain a 212 pack rate, 577 rebin rate, and a 950 induct rate. Outbound Problem-solve has no set rate but in that department I am trained in tray and tote jackpot, check-ins, collections, pack from pops, overages, and putbacks. Since becoming the very first Ambassador's at TYS1 I have learned to be a organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. I have trained 40+ associates most being the best packers as well as sorters in the AFE Department. I have also helped 2 other associates become ambassadors as well. Since joining Career choice in December of 2023 I have been working on my bachelor's degree in Business Management at Southern New Hamshire University so far I have learned to seek and maintain a full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills for my future here at Amazon.
