As FOH manager, my primary focus was service:

• I served our guests through positive communication and attentiveness, always making sure they felt cared for. I resolved issues with positive outcomes and confronted negativity with a calm resolve.
• I served our team through encouragement and growth, guiding my team both by example and by coaching them to be able to most quickly and efficiently serve our guests, and create memorable experiences.
• I performed managerial tasks such as counting registers, counting the safe, depositing money, completing checklists, moving team members into positions based on needs, and opening the store.

I worked at an 80-acre, 22-stall horse farm and full-service boarding facility. My daily duties included turning-in/out, exercising, grooming, and blanketing the horses, assisting the riding instructor with student riding lessons and husbandry classes - plus cleaning tack and attending to any needed maintenance and repair of equipment.
