• As a Neonatal Intensive Care LVN I was responsible for the care and treatment of newborn infants suffering from illness and prematurity, as well as caring for their parents and guardians. I provided round-the-clock care for the basic and medical needs of newborn infants, such as feeding, medication administration, bedside procedures, lab draws, monitoring vitals, IV insertion, administering fluids, and charting.

• As a Licensed Vocational Nurse I assisted clinician with initial assessments, vital signs, medical procedures, implementation and documentation of care. In conjunction with provider orders, administered medications, including oral, IM, sub-q, and continued assessments as needed.
