REASON FOR RESIGN:

Symmetry Finanical Group is an agent recruitment-centered life and health insurance agency that mainly rely on new agents to purchase extremely old and recycled leads out of pocket for back to back cold calling, regardless of a presentation or contract closed and completed. It was more of a pyramid scheme to where the highest at the top receive the most benefits and reward while the working bees are left with the crumbs after putting in maximum effort and work ethic to work their way into the team/agency. This, was not a company I saw best fitting myself or my own morals and values for the longterm.
