
•Coordinated order processing to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer purchases.
• To continue I staged orders properly where they need to go and use my discretion to best maintain and organize orders for customer service to fine with no issues & concerns.
• If there is technical issues with and order that we unfortunately don’t have the available correct amount on hand items to complete customer orders, I proceed to use quality and effective customer service skills to notify and inform the customer about the situation and find a solution to solve the problem effectively.
• When doing bigger orders such as deliveries I make sure it’s properly palletized and use my forklift operation licenses to get or move merchandise down or relocate to multiple areas.
• Before deliveries go out the next day as a closing/opening lead order fulfillment associate I make sure deliveries are fully picked with the correct amount of items and walk through a check list with a MOD to confirm a complete checklist of delivery order status completion.
• Another I use equipment such as forklift to load delivery trucks in the morning and evening and load customer’s that have order that is suitable for forklift loading.
• Last but not least my job is not just to fulfill online customer orders my job is help find in store products and direct and attend to customers to the correct area on what there looking for with friendly and warm inviting customer service
