· Coordinating Engineer supporting multi-district sewer, water main, and Lead Service Line Replacement projects across North, South, and Central districts of the City of Chicago.

· The program includes replacement of existing sewer mains and water mains, followed by replacement of aging lead service lines with new copper services.

· Managed 12 to 14 concurrent projects at peak, coordinating across outreach, engineering, and construction teams to maintain alignment across all phases.

· Conducted preconstruction plan and drawing reviews, constructability assessments, and identified conflicts involving utilities, trees, light poles, and access constraints.

· Led service material verification and LSLR eligibility assessment using inspection records.

· Performed QA and QC of work orders in EAM, validating labor, materials, tools, and activity completion while supporting delivery of approximately 800 service line replacements per quarter.

· Oversaw tracking of daily traffic control operations and audited invoices averaging approximately $400K per month to ensure accurate billing.

· Coordinated closely with Resident Engineers, Area Engineers, outreach teams, PMO, and contractors while monitoring outreach activities including initial letters and filter kits.

· Prepared reports, validated quantities and payments, resolved field issues, and managed project closeout and compliance.

· Recognized by client leadership for reliability and standardized coordination workflows across teams.

• Work includes Special structure frame & lid adjustments, HMA removal, PCC sidewalk, Class D patches, Aggregate sub-grade improvement and widening, HMA polymerized binder, PCC curb & gutter removal & replacement, Installation of Detectable warning, HMA Surface, Thermoplastic pavement markings, Installation of Brick paver, Structure cleaning, Installation of pedestrian signal post and Landscaping.
• Retrieved and assembled materials documentation in CMMS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conducted final review and job closeout to confirm project completion and adherence to standards.
• Work included installation of Pre-Cast Concrete Box Culvert along with the HDPE gas pipe and risers.
• Work also included installation of temporary chainlink fence, concrete barrier walls, landscaping, installation of hand pipe rail, light pole installation, electric conduit construction and tree removal.

• Contract Support: Work included filing, processing and keeping record of all the documents submitted by the Resident Engineer on multiple projects.
• Performing detailed final review which includes the calculations provided on all pay items with supporting documentation, generating checklist for Engineer's final pay estimate (BC-111), generating final inspection report (BC-71) and finalizing the job before sending it out to the head office.
• Contract Compliance: Work included keeping record of weekly payrolls, Monthly report (SBE 956), Sub-Contractor approvals (BC-260A), Pre-Construction meetings, Utilization plans and all the supporting documentation for Equal employment opportunity (EEO).
• Field Inspector: The improvement includes reconstruction of 2.4 miles of roadway between York Road and I-290.
• This work also includes ramp reconstruction, bridge widening and reconstruction, construction of retaining and noise abatement walls, guardrail, concrete barrier wall installation, roadway lighting, ITS elements, signage, pavement marking, drainage and landscaping.

• Researched and analyzed business processes and procedures and designed and implemented automated business solutions to set up a startup staffing company which provides IT consulting, software development to help small to midsize companies to their business goals.
• Worked with the client to capture and document the project requirements.
• This includes the Business requirements, User requirements, Functional Requirements and Quality of service requirements.
• Coordinating with the different segments within the organization in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Participated in functionality testing and user acceptance testing of the new system.
