Food & Beverage Supervisor position supervises the Front of House/Back of House operations. It is the largest department with the most employees. I would oversee the FOH servers, cashiers, and bar backs. My job is to ensure that all guests get proper service and handled guest relations when a problem occurred. Specifically, my duties are:

• Being in charge of attendance and employees adhering to company/departmental standards.
• Taking inventory for bar, buffet, and liquor/beer orders.
• Ensure PTO requests entered in to employee time cards and authorized time cards.
• Train new employees and work with individually to improve performance.
• Delivering deposits to bank
• Maintaining strong and professional relationships to create repeat guests

I originally opened the casino in 2013 and started as a bartender. I was easily cross-trained and worked multiple positions with ease. Being in the guest service industry has strongly shaped my skills when dealing with the general public. I was nominated in 2016 to the Cenla Focus as best bartender in Central Louisiana. That showcases how well my guest service is. I was also nominated as the Team Leader of the Month in 2022 by performing exceedingly well with my team and continued to do so.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries - Tulsa, OK

May 2018 to November 2019

Assistant General Manager of Five Guys in Tulsa, OK at the Riverside location. It was the biggest and busiest store in the OK area.

• Inventory for store
• Ensure product and food safety standards
• Quality assurance for all orders
• Made deposits to bank for store
• Accurate count of money at the end of the night and all tills were accounted for

Five Guys has a program where they send in secret shoppers every single week. Once during the lunch shift and once during the dinner shift. They graded the crew and store based off a list of what to look for. By scoring a 100, the crew that was actively working during the secret shop would receive bonus money and split amongst the shift. I successfully went 12 full weeks of perfect scores with my team during my shift.

Billy Sims Barbecue - Tacocue - Tulsa, OK

November 2016 to September 2017

Assistant General Manager for a fast casual dining restaurant. It was a new concept for the Billy Sims Barbecue franchise. Unfortunately, there was a number of things that hurt the restaurant for it's first and only year of operating.

• Oversaw daily FOH/BOH operations of restaurant
• Prep-cooked and cooked during restaurant hours

• Inventory for entire restaurant
• In charge of cleaning duties for store and kitchen equipment to ensure safety/cleanliness standards for a restaurant.
• Interviewing new hires, orientation and training, attendance/following policies and procedures, and attendance of employees.
