I originally opened the casino in 2013 and started as a bartender. I was easily cross-trained and worked multiple positions with ease. Being in the guest service industry has strongly shaped my skills when dealing with the general public. I was nominated in 2016 to the Cenla Focus as best bartender in Central Louisiana. That showcases how well my guest service is. I was also nominated as the Team Leader of the Month in 2022 by performing exceedingly well with my team and continued to do so.

Assistant General Manager of Five Guys in Tulsa, OK at the Riverside location. It was the biggest and busiest store in the OK area.
Five Guys has a program where they send in secret shoppers every single week. Once during the lunch shift and once during the dinner shift. They graded the crew and store based off a list of what to look for. By scoring a 100, the crew that was actively working during the secret shop would receive bonus money and split amongst the shift. I successfully went 12 full weeks of perfect scores with my team during my shift.
