Summary

I am one of those guys that you hear about, one that can handle all kinds of jobs. I worked for my father up until he retired and sold the business to Riverstreet Networks out of Wilkesboro, NC. The combined years of service is now approaching 30 years. During this time I have gained all kinds of experience. My fathers company was in the communications business two/way radio before cell phones and we progressed as technology did, keeping our company in a growing state. Since we were growing with technology it required us to build more and more towers which we built our selves. The largest tower we built was a guyed 475ft tower. I was the lead guy on the towers during construction and my father was the foreman and lead on the ground. The reason for all the towers was, we were and ISP and at our peak were servicing around 2300 customers in Richmond County and all of the surrounding counties. This is how I have gain so much experience to detail because making mistakes on a tower can kill you obviously. I was the one that put all the microwave PTP dishes on the towers for our RF links that linked the towers together and also all of the APS for the customers to connect internet to their homes. This is also one weird places that I have splice fiber optic cable, as high as 460ft up. I am the lead tower climbing instructor here also and we did rescue drills on the tower with a 200lb dummy so that all the guys could feel that anyone of the climbers could come and rescue the other. This was a very important task because everyone didn't have the same skill level and after class we would always go to lunch as a team building exercise. I have many years of experience in many areas. I believe that I'm the one you are looking to hire.
