Summary

I am an entergetic, curious self starter who would like to become a teacher. I will use the unique skills, I developed though my various life experiences, to guide students toward developing a love and understanding of the science that drives the world around them. I have served as a community coach for 3 seasons as cross country coach and am currently in my 3rd season as distance track coach. I develop the training plans for the teams on a daily basis and assured that the training is carried out properly. This has been a fun learning experience for me, and I have developed skills in differentiating the training to meet the individual needs of the athletes. I work daily to develop myself so I can guide the student athletes to their highest potential, both in sport and in life. Combining what I have learned as a coach with the basic people skills I have developed during my years at the IRS, as a fitness trainer and parent, I feel has prepared me to become and excellent teacher.
