• Reduced accident damage, cost, and personal injury rates while achieving a department TRIR
• Drove the implementation of Caterpillar Drive Safe System and PV271 autonomous blasthole drilling program.
• Drove blasting improvements to reduce oversize and achieve a P80 of 2.5’ with no additional costs.
• Significantly reduced equipment damage due to rock falls and strike, through improved blasting and improvements to material management techniques.

• Client Site - Americas Gold and Silver, Relief Canyon Mine, Nevada (2021) 5 Months
• Client Site - Fiore Gold, Pan Mine, Nevada (2019 to 2021) 1 year 5 months
• Responsible for the operation of the Contract Mining Services operating at 40-60k TPD. Managed all aspects of up to 125 employees (8 to 15 staff, 85 to 110 operators), non-union mine operation, including production, maintenance, training, safety and administration. Annual operating budget $15M.
• Developed recruiting practice improvements to quickly fill key roles allowing for no staffing shortages through Covid pandemic.
• Developed adaptive operational practices during onset of Covid pandemic.
• Expanded safe work practices and operator training for local work force to ensure the safe operation of equipment with new operators.
• Improved and coordinated interface meetings and synergies with client leadership to include contract change orders.

• Senior Manager of the Technical Services Group comprising of the Mine Engineering and Geology teams – 64 local and expat staff. This position included all management functions; safety program education, staffing & succession, budget preparation & management, business plan development & execution, opex & capex project management, and mine plan & resource management.
• Implemented phase mining designs to remove ore delivery gaps in the mine plan.
• Standardized engineering and geological practices and software and incorporated haulage routines to develop achievable cycles.
• Corrected modeling practices to remove estimation errors and publish accurate reserves.
