  • Created the organizations first official implementation process, segmenting implementations into scoping, build. user acceptance testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Created collateral for each phase of the implementation lifecycle, particularly focused on the design of integrations based on client needs such that our engineering team could efficiently build those integrations, and such that end users could effectively leverage those integrations.
  • Led client implementations for a range of customers in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical companies, instrument manufacturers, synthetic organ developers, and others.
  • Took ownership of weekly release process, consisting of merging changes into relevant GitHub repos, monitoring Google Cloud Build and Cloud Composer updates, and post-release testing. Created bash and Python scripts to automate and accelerate parts of this process.
  • Oversaw tenant creation for new clients, including the updating of terraform configuration files, the creation and application of terraform plans, SSO configuration, and functional testing.
  • Created virtual machines and disk images in GCP necessary to configure custom analysis tools for clients.
  • Created custom analytics dashboards for clients built on Apache Superset.
  • Built and debugged data analysis flows in the Ganymede platform, written in Python and built on Apache Airflow.
