  • The most recent awards are from the National Park Service, observing the times of conflict between the Bundys and the state of Nevada. We had been subjected to active and non-active pipe bombs in my patrol area of boat operations with my staff that cleaned up debris left by holiday conditions on the NPS responsibilities Lands. I took quick decisive action when i relized i had moared the large vessel over pipe bombs,by instucting the crew I Quickly got our vessel out to safe waters and dispatched what became to be real explosive devices thus saving the crew potentially and gov't property.
