Special Project Supervisor-Post Outage

Roll-Up Door Replace Project-With multiple Craft-This was a special job ion that we had to fabricate the new door tracks and rails.

Total success.

During the Outage-I had the Bull Crew. This is is a material handling job.

Bull Crew Supervisor during Spring and Fall Outages-This is a material Handling Job.

• Responsibilities: Supervised multiple crafts with Safety Always and 1st Quality as Core Values. Specifically worked with Iron Workers in Containment (Supporting all Lifting and Rigging activities), Painters in the Service Water Tunnels (Coatings Abatement), Laborers and Carpenters in all areas of the Power Plant Site. As far as my role and groups, we had a super successful Outage with great experiences. Called on for the morning Roll Out about every other day.

• Responsibilities: Craft Supervisor-Painters and Laborers and timely Insulators. Front line Supervisor for Abrasive Sand Blasting, Lead Abatement, Q1 Coatings, as well as BOP Coatings. My duties also included Confined Space Supervisor, FME Supervisor, and Fire Watch Supervisor. Material handling to include but not limited to Lead Shielding, Serpentine Racks, and Scaffolding was also responsible for multiple Laborer activities, too many to list.

• Responsibilities: Craft Supervisor-Front line Supervisor for Confined Space, Fire Watch, FME, Lead and Asbestos Abatement, Q1 Painting,BOP Painting, Touch Up Painting, Massive Material Handling including Lead Shielding, Serpentine Racks, and Scaffolding, Mode 4 Containment Inspections and Cleaning, Spotters and Flagging, Carpenter and other Craft Support, as well as Work Order Close Out. This was all done Safely, with 1st time Quality that Required no Rework.

• Responsibilities: Outside Support Superintendent-Make available all things needed from the outside to re-coat the Torus, such as breathing air, construction air, sand blasting material, and maintaining the tool room. This was a special job in that CV19 hit our day shift very hard and thus, the bulk of all the sandblasting was performed during the night shift.

• Responsibilities: Work Consultant-coordinate and work with the entire team that creates, approves, schedules, and executes the work associated with the transmission and distribution of electricity in all of its forms, new construction, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, as well as emergencies. My mission was to help create a fully loaded schedule and then to knock down any road blocks that may prohibit us from executing the schedule. We were extremely successful in this mission. In addition to this, I would go in the field and review previously completed work tasks and verify that they were completed to the specs and the high standards required by Federal, State, and PGE expectations.

• Responsibilities: Craft Supervisor-with oversight for Iron Workers, Operators, Teamsters, and Painters for the RF19 outage. Pre-outage-logistics coordinator. Work with security and my team to receive and stage outage and non-outage materials inside the protected area.

• Responsibilities: Craft Supervisor-with oversight for the Carpenters and Laborers. I was also tasked with being the Shift Scaffolding Coordinator with the idea of maintaining a complete and up to date record of all erected scaffolds. We were successful in that we had no injuries and had only normal and expected scaffolding modifications.

• Responsibilities: Civil Support Supervisor. Oversight for Painter, Iron Workers, Teamsters, and Operators during RF18. We had a successful outage with no injuries or rework required.

• Responsibilities: Look Ahead Coordinator-all disciplines. With emphasis on the Mechanical side. Also held a position in the MCC. This was one of the most successful outages that PING had performed collectively.

• Responsibilities: Saltwater Systems maintenance project. Multi-craft operation of cleaning, repairing and maintaining the intake piping and tunnels as well as the discharge systems during 2R19. I also Supported the Scaffolding Coordinator. This was a very successful outage with no injuries or rework required for my group.

• Responsibilities: Boilermaker Supervisor-Heat Exchangers Maintenance-tube repair, replacement and plugging. Responsibilities: Support Supervisor with oversight for Iron Workers, Painters, Teamsters, and Operators for R17. Responsibilities: Lead Laborer, Painter, and Mason Supervisor. Provide field Leadership and guidance to craft and supervision for the safe and quality completion of the outage.

• Responsibilities: MTIS representative at the OCC for contract and in-house maintenance personnel. Resolve all issues, problems and conflicts that arose for the readiness of all for the upcoming U1C26 outage. Responsibilities: Lead Laborer, Painter, and Mason Supervisor. Pre job walk downs and work order reviews. Provide leadership and guidance to craft and supervision for the safe and quality completion of U1C26 shut down. Track and provide schedule adherence and updates.

• Responsibilities: Project Supervisor RCP Platform removal/installation Shift oversight for the primary (Iron Workers) craft removing and reinstalling platforms #1 & #4. Task was successful with very little float time. Key role played in the CCW Pump removal/installation; this was emergent work that we were also very successful in completing. I also had a leading role in the lifting, rigging, and placing in the LCC coils replacement project, as well as supporting all craft in lifting and rigging material into and out of Lower Containment.

• Responsibilities: Craft Supervisor/Special Projects Supervisor Walk downs for planning, scheduling and assignments. Supervisor for multi-craft disciplines for Projects and outage work activities including pre-job briefing, work assignments, lay out and planning activities to assure work is performed in accordance with procedures and specifications for the station. Work includes concrete placement, excavation, multi roving fire watch routes (these routes are 24/7 365 days a year), housekeeping and all other Laborer/Facility duties required to support plant activities. Confined space supervisor, Qrae air sampler, level II QC and other qualifications and responsibilities. Pre-outage walk downs for craft ramp up/ramp down schedules. Regular observations and coaching were also a part of my responsibilities.

• Responsibilities: Lead Civil Supervisor for plant upgrade Walk downs for planning, scheduling, and assignment of upcoming activities. Responsible for directing Supervisors and laying out work activities for all plant support work associated with plant upgrade in addition to my other duties. Diesel bldg. ballistic shield installation was also completed during this time period.

• Responsibilities: Special Projects Lead PRZ decon and valve repairs during mid-cycle outage Held meetings and walk downs to assist in planning and scheduling. Document control, procedural adherence, and safety and health policies. Lay out work for both shifts. Coordinate with craft Supervisors as well plant supervision to assure that the work was done safely, timely, and in accordance with the station's needs and goals.

• Responsibilities: Civil Supervisor with contractor oversight for Security upgrade Walk downs for the purpose of planning, scheduling, and assignments. Daily pre-job briefing with contractors and me held weekly safety meetings for the different groups. Responsible for new road ways, parking lots, camera towers, light towers, and concrete placement for this major project. I was also responsible for environmental controls. Maintaining work orders up to date was a daily assignment.

• Responsibilities: Special Projects Supervisor with civil and mechanical projects Responsible for directing Supervisors in the completion of the battery rack and vent line for the security diesel bldg. Laying out work activities for all plant support work associated with the Laborers including multiple Roving fire watch routes, Housekeeping and Support activities to assure safety, quality and schedule completion. Lead for the deconning and cleaning U1 PRZ for valve repairs. Walk downs for the purpose of bidding, planning, and scheduling for upcoming projects.

• Responsibilities: Civil Supervisor with Craft oversight Walk down jobs for upcoming outages and Craft oversight. Multiple assignments and duties generally associated with support craft.

• Responsibilities: Special Projects Supervisor Fire doors upgrade Multi craft project with carpenters being the primary completed safely on time and in budget.

• Responsibilities: Special Projects Supervisor for roads and walkway repairs Supervise multiple Crafts in the upgrade of plant roads and walkways.

• Responsibilities: Craft Supervisor U2 outage Responsible for directing General Foremen and laying out work activities for all plant support work associated with the Laborers including fire watch, fme monitors, confined space attendants, cavity decon, facilities and other support activities to assure safety, quality and schedule completion.
