-I Cater to client's vision, and execute, per Pre-Con, all meeting/event BEO, requests and adjustments.

-I manage set-ups, food and beverage, A/V, lighting, climate, WIFI, room boards/logos and facility direction.

- I coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales and management, communicating client experience throughout the day.

- I have organized team meetings for better communication, set SOP, solving problems and inefficiency.

- GSA experience. Front desk. Check in's/out's, fielding calls, billing, and local attraction information.

- As the A/V Concierge at the JWMARRIOTT, I was the "On floor" liaison for set-ups, banquets, A/V, and sales.

-I was the first to meet with clients and presenters, DOE.

-I answered questions, made adjustments, and eased any stress prior to event.

- Before client arrival, I tested all sets, A/V, and reviewed BEO and itinerary.

-I met with the client several times a day, providing a Pulse report for staff, sales and management, regarding resolved issues, changes, and client satisfaction.

- After some time, I was able to anticipate and carry, on my person, the most common problem solutions. I began to forecast issues, have solutions in place, saving time and attendee attention.
