Starting work with FCI in 2007, Mr. Duncan has experience of working on an Air Force project in Altus, a USPS project in Vermont and CQC Systems Manager for USACE Ft. Worth District. Subsequently he was Supt./Field Manager and Site Safety Manager on another USACE Ft. Worth District Project.
- Mr. Duncan has design build experience working on 2 GSA Region 7 IDIQ design build projects.
