- Responsible for the daily operations of the Haworth treatment plant
- I manage the plant operators and the chemical treatment shop
- I oversee all projects that take place on the campus
- Very knowledgeable with ozone gear, dissolved air flotation, filters and chemicals
- I lead the Chemical Treatment Shop's efforts to increase Veolia revenue by working cohesively with Engineering and T&D to accomplish more than 20,500 feet of new water main chlorinations per year
- Worked with the Manager of Operations to replace our Liquid Oxygen system successfully while maintaining exceptional water quality during the entire project
- Continuously classified and filed records to keep the system efficient and all information organized
- Built great working relationships with the company's bargaining unit
- No grievances have been filed under my time with Veolia and working with labor.

- Directly responsible for the field supervision of distribution and construction crews
- Managed distribution inspection performing leak detection, valve truck operations and water main break and service repairs by the construction crews
- Performed all duties of the emergency supervisor, responding to after hour calls to determine if crews were needed to make immediate repairs or if jobs could hold for regular hours to complete.

- I performed daily work in the treatment plant, distribution system and the sewer collection system
- I was involved with rebuilding the 6 Green Sand Plus filters
- I performed weekly backwash maintenance on the filters, record keeping of flows and head loss
- As part of the distribution system team, I rebuilt fire hydrants, repaired leaking water services and broken water mains
- In the sewer collection system, I was involved with weekly maintenance of the 9 sewer pump stations throughout the town
- I rebuilt motors, involved with the upgrades to new pumps and Muffin Monsters installed in the in fluent channels of each pump station
- I would perform preventative maintenance on the sewer mains throughout the system
- Extremely knowledgeable with a Jet-Vac truck used in jetting sewer lines.
