Summary

Observant correctional officer with several years of experience keeping order and avoiding dangerous situations within jails or prisons. Motivated and energetic leader recognized for generating respect and obedience from most difficult individuals. In-depth knowledge of use and care of firearms and restraint methods.

United States Army National Guard veteran with 6 years of honorable service. While in the Army I attained the rank of Sergeant, where I was responsible for a squad of Soldiers that I lead on a daily basis. It was my job as a NCO (non commissioned officer) to put the needs of the lower enlisted Soldiers first and to be able to guide and train them to be Mission ready.

It is through the training, experience, and discipline that I have received through 10 years of good service as a Correctional Officer and 6 years as a Soldier that have lead me to the success that I have today.
