Company Overview: A family-owned food truck serving lobster rolls and New England clam chowder specializing in events and corporate/private parties.

• Greeted customers approaching the food truck, took their orders, and handled money, and answered any questions.
• Maintained a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Worked flexible schedule and extra shifts to meet business needs.
• Toasted buns for lobster rolls on the grill and assembled the two types of lobster rolls we offer.

• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
