I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts. Summer 2022 I began interning for the Eisnor Team at William Raveis in Hingham, MA. I ran open house's, showings, and walk throughs for the team. I also helped with check deliveries, water/smoke detector inspections. I attended weekly office meetings as well as bi-weekly team meetings. I fielded calls for the team in which I scheduled showings, inspections, walk throughs, and was responsible for answering any questions potential clients were calling in regard to. I was also in attendance to weekly broker tours with our teams licensed broker.
Launch Cohasset is a work program for adults with developmental disabilities. I would organize and operate day to day activities for members of Launch Cohasset including overseeing their job performance and guiding them through the jobs if they required any assistance. Part of my job here is a 1 on 1 with an individual who lives on their own. I would oversee the individual within their day to day tasks and make sure they were completing their tasks as independently as possible (mainly cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping). Once a week, we would facilitate and assist members at Launch in running a food truck at the local farmer's market. My main responsibility during this was to assist members at the cash register and to help set up and take down our area before and after the market.
At the South Shore Music Circus, I would scan customers tickets at the entrance to shows. I was responsible for making sure tickets were valid for the show that day/night as well as assisting customers with any questions or concerns they had regarding the show/tickets. I would occasionally usher customers to their seats as well as the box office if their was an issue with their ticket. I would also help run security if we were short staffed. That included running a hand held metal detector as well as checking small bags before entry. During intermission, I helped concessions organize the crowd in an efficient and safe manner. After the show, I was responsible for assisting the staff with the flow of traffic out of the parking lot.
