Lead team of software architects, UX designer, SQL architects and instructional design in creating internal frameworks, guiding architecture vision in projects, developing high priority projects or prototypes.

• Developed in partnership with SQL Architects new internal product called "The Bridge" to allow modern way for SQL Server database to interact with Java SpringBoot micro services to reduce duplication and violation of DRY principal.
• Acted as Developer, Analyst and Co-Owner of product Notification System that would rewrite current Notification platform utilizing orchestration of SpringBoot micro-services, AWS technologies and internal built magic to create Notifications as PaaS.
• Developed developer first API / Application monitor on top of SpringBoot to facilitate the monitoring of internal metrics and health status. Monitor was made highly extensible with via being data driven and class path scanning.
• Worked on PoC/PoV for expanding build / deploy pipeline with SaST tools like VeraCode.

Responsible for architectural vision of the company as well as leading a mobile team of 3 developers.

• Led the mobile team to achieve timelines in rewriting and modernizing driver product. New product was rewritten utilizing Java SpringBoot and modern DevOps principles to achieve near CI/CD.
• Started foundation to work with CTO to create future of architecture organization at Donlen.
• Led team to develop next generation authentication microservice on top of spring with integration into AWS Cognito and Spring SAML for SSO and user management.
• Led team to develop next generation of internationalization for our modern products powered by microservice and external vendor with near single touch process for translations.

Started working as an engineer and promoted to Sr. Engineer and then Sr. Software Architect with responsibilities of developing critical customer facing projects, expanding internal tools and architecture and mentoring all other developers.

• Started and Lead Donlen Tech Talks on a continues bases to promote good programming practices, sharing of technology and promoting of good morale.
• Created initial SSO architecture on top of Spring SAML
• Migrated legacy Apache Ant builds to modern Gradle infrastructure and tasks
• Sorted, reviewed, and analyzed local jars to properly convert them to gradle coordinates.
• Setup and hosted Sonatype Nexus repository for internal and proprietary jars. that did not have public repositories

• Forklift rewrite of ExtJS 4.X code to ExtJS 6.X
• Forklift upgrade of Java 6.x to Java 8.X, including rewriting old Apache Drools logic for Billing
