As a Bus Operator I was able to perform all the routes assigned to the Cobb County ga line which accounted for 20 routes, express routes into the Atlanta metro area, Also provide assistance to new hired bus Operators when they finished there class room assignments, I would be responsible for Behind the wheel training, to ensure there abilities to handle the bus, and be comfortable driving the routes . I also helped Saftey Director on the obstacle course for new drivers and drivers who had to get retraining.

• Implemented conflict resolution strategies to defuse tense situations among inmates.
• Trained new officers on policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
