  • over the past 6 years working as a Principal Inspector I currently manage the Tenant Habitability section (THP), the Court Liaison Unit (CLU) and recently the Residential Hotel unit. These are all considered specialty programs which require skilled personnel to operate
  • Prior to this assignment I managed a satellite office as a Principal inspector overseeing the Code Enforcement team of approximately 40 staff member which reduced the the amount of substandard housing conducting routine inspections as required by chapter 16 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code.
  • Influenced positive change in local neighborhoods through targeted inspection initiatives aimed at specific problem areas .

  • From 2008-2012 I waas in charge of the training division for the entire Code Enforcement Department where weekly training were conducted for all staff on all aspects of construction practices.
