11.2017 - Current
- I started off as back up team leader shorty after beeing hired in full time. Soon after I became an official Team Leader on B-Team. My roles as a TL included handling and managing other associates, tools, machinery, as well as daily log information on the product we ran that day. etc...
- After around two years of being a TL I signed up to be production staff in AVO. I wanted to broaden my knowledge on the equipment and robots. Daily tasks involved job changing molds using the crane. Maintaining equipment, machinery, robots, tools, etc... some days would involve stepping in as a TL and help run lines.
- I transferred to the forklift department two years or so after staff, so I could learn more on the shipping and and delivery side of my job. Daily task would involve stocking lines with glass, bezels, components, etc... handling raw glass on and off a trucks. Making tags and shipment labels. And yearly inventory.
- I'm currently back as an associate on days in encapsulation. Daily task consist of trimming, priming, checking, and sorting glass on different lines.
