Hello I’m J.D. Horne in have a 20 yrs + run in my construction career and still going strong! Ive overcome dire situations such as extreme weather, near misses and unfortunately fatalities as well which was a result of human error. So, I approach all projects with rule #1 safety first. Proper training and guidance from leaders before me, who passed the torch to me when it was time for me to excel and im truly grateful for that! Im a leader, a team player who would love to continue sharing the gifts of (Cell tower/Radio broadcast towers) that have been bestowed on me over the years. As my knowledge has increased over the years so has my determination to teach as i have transitioned to Snr status. I've, and completed Tower site builds from a cleared site to a full-fledged up and running Tower site. That starts with the delivery of the B.O.M to the site, verifying that all materials are accounted for (shaking out the steel). From stick building the smaller tower sections on the ground with heavy machinery and eventually with a crane, by way of two-way radios or the use of hand signals in the event the radios die to ultimately stacking the tower, whether it be a Monopole, self-supporting, pie-rod or guyed tower. Eventually installing coax or fiber, antennas, grounding and eventually running the power and then testing the service for various carriers; Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint. I have years of knowledge in construction which will be documented throughout my resumé for your discernment and give you a bird's eye view of my career path. “Here goes”
