AVM-For each storm deployment, worked with State Farm management during the initial set-up. Throughout the deployment the following duties were closely managed.

• Safety of each adjuster-proper equipment, training, assistance and weekly meetings
• Setting appropriate settlement authority levels, adjusting as warranted
• Reviewing estimates to either grant a higher settlement authority or returning for revisions
• Monitor daily project reports, take action as warranted
• Load leveling of adjuster claim count inventor as warranted
• Attend weekly State Farm and Firm Manager meetings
• Speak with Agents and Policy Holders as warranted
• Address DOI complaints as warranted

Project manager-Prior to creation of AVM

• Safety of each adjuster and trainer
• Worked with assigned firm trainers to ensure adjusters were assisted as needed during inspections, writing estimates and given proper inspecting and safety techniques
• Worked with adjusters on individual basis as warranted
• Load level adjusters claim count inventory as warranted and upon State Farm Management request
• Attend weekly State Farm Management meeting

Field Trainer

• Instructed/certified the use of Rope and Harness equipment to include onsite inspection assistance and proper gear usage/safely techniques
• Assisted with onsite field inspections to include the following perils: Wind & Hail "Hurricanes & Tornadoes", Freeze "Pipe Burst", Backup of Sewer and Drain
