• Foster collaborative relationships with other units within the Police Department (Narcotics, Patrol, etc.) and with other state and federal agencies such as the District Attorney's Office, for assistance with investigations.
• Conduct presentations to the Police Commissioner and/or his executive staff at Compstat meetings concerning ongoing investigations, case management, and budget management.
• Execution of procedures to safeguard the integrity of the organization and ensure that personnel are in compliance with Department rules and regulations.
