  • Discretionary promotion to Sergeant Supervisor Detective Squad for demonstrated excellence in supervision of criminal investigations. Received the 2024 NYPD Unit Citation for squad’s accomplishments.
  • Front line supervisor assisting in the successful investigation and prosecution of perpetrator of the February 2023 U-Haul truck attack throughout South Brooklyn resulting in one death and numerous seriously injured victims.
  • Front line supervisor assisting in the successful investigation, identification and prosecution of the perpetrator of the 2022 New York City Subway terrorist attack in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
  • Front line supervisor assisting in the successful investigation, identification and prosecution of the perpetrators responsible for the September 2015 J’ouvert shooting death of Carey Gabay, a high ranking attorney for Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
  • Front line supervisor assisting in identification, apprehension and prosecution of members of a burglary ring responsible for approximately 70 criminal acts throughout South Brooklyn.
  • Interagency collaboration with numerous prosecuting agencies; Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office, and the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
